# The $1 first month

A monthly plan starts with a first month for $1. Then it renews at its regular price, unless you cancel before.

## Who gets it

- Monthly plans only. An annual plan starts at its annual price.
- Once per account and once per card. The account is the Owner’s email address.
- Only on your first workspace. A second workspace pays the full price from the start.

## Start it

You choose a plan when you sign up. If you chose to test your agent first, or your plan ended:

1. In the app, go to **Settings › Billing**. By default, only the Owner can subscribe.
2. Under **Available Plans**, keep **Monthly** selected. Each plan shows “$1 for your first month”.
3. Click **Subscribe** on the plan you want.
4. Pick a saved card or **A new card**, check the **Order summary**, then click **Subscribe, pay**. Tax is added from your billing address.

## What the first month includes

Everything on your plan, with these AI answers until your first full-price payment:

**Starter**

500 AI answers in the first month, then 500 AI answers a month

**Growth**

1,000 AI answers in the first month, then 3,000 AI answers a month

**Pro**

1,000 AI answers in the first month, then 9,000 AI answers a month

### A card already used for the offer

If the card you paid with was used for the $1 month on another account, this first month has no AI credits. **Settings › Billing** says so, and offers **Start your plan now** at the full price, with its full credits. Or keep it as it is until the month ends.

## After 30 days

- Your plan renews at its regular price: Starter $9, Growth $39, Pro $79 a month, before tax.
- We email the Owner 7 days before, with the date, the price and a link to cancel. Your dashboard shows the same reminder, with **Keep or cancel**.
- Cancel before the 30 days end and the full price is never charged. See [Change or cancel your plan](https://retily.com/help/change-or-cancel-plan).
- Switching to annual during the first month ends it: the annual price is charged at once, in full.

Your first full-price payment can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of it. The details are in the [refund policy](https://retily.com/refunds).
