What’s new in Retily.
The changes you will notice, newest first. Questions about one? Write to support@retily.com.

Signing up is one flow: your account, your plan and payment, then your workspace and your widget.
The sign-up and sign-in pages are in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.
retily.com is in five languages too: the home page, pricing and the agent builder.
Plan cards count AI answers, and Growth and Pro include more chat widgets, contact forms and file storage.
The pricing page lists every AI action and what it costs, under How credits work.
When your own rules send a topic elsewhere, such as order questions to your orders address, the AI follows the rule instead of answering from your knowledge base.
Scanning your website lists each page as it is read.
A short film on the home page shows Retily in less than a minute.
When the AI offers choices in the chat widget, its buttons take the message box’s place, and Type a message instead brings the box back.
Off-topic questions get a short, friendly decline from the AI, never the same sentence twice in a chat.
Attached files sit inside the message box as small previews, in the widget and the dashboard, and nothing is uploaded until you press Send.
Recording a voice memo is simpler: the recorder fills the message box, and one click sends it.
Photos in a closed chat open and download again in the widget.
A clearer dashboard: Home shows your key numbers first, Get started is a checklist, and every page has a title.
A customer’s voice memo plays right in the chat or ticket in your dashboard.
The widget’s menu has End chat and Start a new chat, and visitors can select text in the chat.
Starting a new chat in the widget never shows Connection lost, and a dropped chat reconnects by itself.
The AI reads the images customers send, in the widget, in drafts for email tickets and in the AI Playground.
Your AI agent stays on your business: it no longer writes code or describes unrelated images for visitors.
Week of
Share the agent you build on retily.com/try with a link, or save it to a new workspace.
On retily.com/try, a refresh keeps your conversation, and Start a new chat opens a fresh one.
Online billing is live: choose Starter, Growth or Pro in Settings › Billing, with a $1 first month on monthly plans.
Cancel your plan in one click in Settings › Billing, and ask there for a refund of your first full payment within 7 days.
The demo on retily.com/try shows the business’s own logo, or a monogram in its brand colour.
Growth includes two seats, and extra seats on Growth and Pro cost less.
AI drafts never invent facts: what the AI can’t confirm becomes a highlighted [check: …] note that you fill in before sending.
Customers can attach images and PDFs while the AI is answering them, and the AI reads them.
Live chat shows Sent, Delivered and Read on your replies, and every automatic message on the timeline.
A new owner’s dashboard opens in their browser’s language, with a one-click way back.
Pin a knowledge page for price questions, and the AI always reads it when a customer asks about prices.
Delete several knowledge items at once, or everything one website scan added.
Arabic typed in Latin letters gets a reply in Modern Standard Arabic, in Arabic script.

Upload PDF, DOCX, TXT and Markdown files to your knowledge base.
Settings › Billing lists everything that uses credits, with the hourly limit.
Installing the widget is simpler: the code first, steps for your website platform, then a check that it works.
Settings › Email shows your built-in Retily address and how to forward your support email to it.
Knowledge gaps live on the Knowledge page.
The AI checks that each reply is in the customer’s language, and writes it again when it isn’t.
Quick-reply buttons can appear at any point in a chat, not only at the start.
The dashboard links to the help pages where you need them.
Reset a forgotten password from the sign-in page.
Scanning your website is free.
Your public help center stays off until you turn it on.
On phones, the keyboard no longer covers the widget’s buttons.
The AI Playground answers exactly as your widget does.
Every ticket a customer writes gets its reply deadlines, and your team hears when one is close or missed.
A start checklist on Home ticks itself as you set up, and a notification tells you when your widget is live on your site.
Credit use moved to Settings › Billing, and engagement to Analytics.
The audit log records every settings change: who changed what, from what to what.
New accounts and invitations confirm their email address.
The role editor has a switch for transferring conversations.
Renaming a customer is its own permission, on for Agents.
The dashboard tells you when a new version is ready, with a button to reload.
Small talk no longer gets a ticket offer or counts as a knowledge gap.

When a customer comes back about the same issue, the AI adds to their open ticket instead of opening a new one.
Export one customer’s data, or erase it, when they ask.
Your team reads and writes in its own language, and customers get every reply in theirs.

The dashboard is in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic, right to left.
Product and brand names stay as written in every translation.
Needs reply shows the open tickets assigned to you where the customer wrote last.
Copy a chat widget in one click, and give your contact form its own design.
If you belong to several workspaces, switch between them from the sidebar.
