Credits
One credit is one answer.
A credit is your AI agent replying to a customer once. Everything else the AI does is priced against that, so you can reason about your month without a calculator.
Credits reset every month. We email you at 50%, 75%, and 90% of your allowance, so running low is never a surprise. If you do run out, the AI pauses until the reset while your inbox, tickets, live chat, and team carry on as normal. Need more mid-month? Top-ups are $15 per 1,000 credits.

What is a credit?
One credit is one AI answer: your agent replying to a customer once. Heavier AI work is priced against that same unit, and the short table above is the whole list. No model multipliers, no separate meters, no math.
What does 3,000 credits actually mean?
About 100 AI answers a day, every day of the month. A typical month mixes chat answers with AI drafts for your team and knowledge updates, and still sits comfortably inside Starter.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Nothing dramatic. Your inbox, tickets, live chat, and email keep working, your team keeps replying, and customers can keep messaging you. The AI pauses its own replies until your credits reset, and if a customer writes while it is paused, Retily tells them plainly and opens a support ticket for your team so nothing is lost. We also email you at 50%, 75%, and 90% of your allowance, so running out is never a surprise.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Top-ups are $15 per 1,000 credits. Message us from your dashboard and we add them to your balance; self-serve top-ups are on the way. If you top up most months, Growth is usually the better deal.
Do credits roll over?
No. Your allowance resets in full at the start of each billing month.
Is there a free trial?
Better: there is a free plan. Build your agent from your website and talk to it before you even sign up, then keep it on the Free plan with 200 AI answers a month and every feature included. No card, no clock running out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like; your plan runs to the end of what you have paid for and does not renew.
Do you charge per resolution?
No. Several support platforms now bill up to about a dollar every time their AI resolves a conversation. Retily is a flat monthly price with credits included, so a month where the AI does its job well costs you exactly what a quiet one does.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your content and your customers' conversations are used to answer your customers, and for nothing else. They are never used to train our models or anyone else's.
