Refund policy

The 7-day refund

If Retily is not right for you, we refund your first full-price payment. Ask within 7 days of that payment and we refund all of it.

On a monthly plan, that is the first payment at the plan's regular price, after the $1 first month. On an annual plan, it is the first annual payment.

A refund ends the plan at once. We email the workspace Owner when it is done. Your workspace and its data stay for now, and so do credits you bought as top-ups, but the AI stops answering your customers until you choose a plan again. If the workspace still has no plan 30 days later, it can be deleted with all its data. We email the Owner a week before, with a link to export it.

How to ask

In Retily, open Settings › Billing and click Request a refund. The button is there for 7 days after your first full-price payment. Or email support@retily.com within those 7 days, with the name of your workspace.

We refund to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What is not refunded

Later payments: every payment after your first full-price one, monthly or annual.

Top-ups: credits you buy are not refunded, used or not.

Except where the law requires a refund.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time in Settings › Billing: click Cancel plan. That is one click, with nothing to confirm. Only the workspace Owner can cancel.

Your plan keeps running to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops and does not renew. Until then, Undo in the same place puts it back. We email the Owner to confirm the cancellation.

Cancel during the $1 first month and the full price is never charged.

Cancelling does not refund the period you have already paid for. For that, see the 7-day refund above.

Before your first full-price payment

We email the workspace Owner 7 days before the $1 first month ends, with the date, the price that follows and a link to cancel. In those last 7 days, Billing and your dashboard show the same reminder.
