White label your widget

On Growth and Pro, your chat widget and contact form can show your brand only, with no “Powered by Retily” line.

Hide it on the chat widget

  1. In the app, go to Settings › Widget.
  2. Next to your chat widget, click the pencil button (Edit).
  3. Under Branding and custom CSS, untick Show “Powered by Retily”.
  4. Click Save changes.

Hide it on the contact form

  1. On Settings › Widget, click the pencil button next to your contact form.
  2. Open the Appearance tab and untick Show “Powered by Retily”.
  3. Click Save changes.

Your logo and colour

On every plan, Settings › Branding holds your logo, your favicon and your brand colour. Your chat widget and help center use them, and your logo goes on your emails too. On Growth and Pro, the widget’s editor also has every colour, fonts, corners, dark mode and custom CSS.

What still says Retily

Your built-in email address ends in @mail.retily.com, and the links in emails still say Retily. To send from your own address, connect your mailbox: see Connect your support email.
  • On Starter, “Powered by Retily” always shows. Moving to a plan with the white label lets you hide it; see Change or cancel your plan.
